Dr. Blake Raper-Bickford
Dr. Blake Raper was raised in Konawa, OK, where he decided at a young age that he wanted to go to Oklahoma State and then become a dentist rather than return home to the family farm. After graduating from Oklahoma State with his Bachelor of Science degree, he went on to dental school at the University of Michigan. Michigan became a second home to Dr. Raper, and he spent almost two decades there (with a few years in Massachusetts) before finding his way back home to Oklahoma.
Dr. Raper has worked in a variety of different practice settings over the years, from private practice to public health, and has gained a wealth of experience in general and family dentistry. He loves putting a smile on a patient’s face by improving the appearance and health of their teeth while relieving their pain and easing anxiety in the dental chair.
In his free time, Dr. Raper loves going to movies and concerts, watching sporting events, and hanging out with friends. In the fall, he can be found at Boone Pickens Stadium cheering for the Cowboys or occasionally at Michigan Stadium rooting on the Wolverines. He has two grown children who are recent OSU graduates. He and his husband, Bryan, love hanging out at home with their three Boxers, Bentley, Beau, and Barkley.
